About Military Family Home (MFH)

Dedicated to serving those who serve the nation.

Military Family Home (MFH) is a registered non-profit welfare organization founded in 2006 in Washington, D.C., with a central mission to support and uplift the morale of United States Armed Forces personnel and their families, both at home and abroad. Built upon values of duty, compassion, and patriotism, MFH was created in response to the growing need for structured family support and morale-boosting programs for troops deployed in active and post-conflict regions around the world.

Since its establishment, MFH has evolved into a recognized welfare coordination partner liaising directly with U.S. Army Family Support Centers, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) units, and Allied Mission Commands to provide comprehensive relief, welfare, and community-based assistance to servicemen and women. The organization operates under a formalized structure of multi-branch support programs designed to address welfare logistics, family reintegration, morale welfare, and outreach operations for active-duty, reserve, and veteran communities.

MFH’s core framework is built around a system of welfare distribution programs, morale uplift initiatives, and family care projects that strengthen the bridge between deployed personnel and their loved ones back home. Through cooperative partnerships with official U.S. Army welfare logistics networks, MFH assists in the shipment and management of authorized welfare supplies, emergency response kits, and comfort essentials to regional commands across Europe, the Middle East, the Indo-Pacific, and U.S. territories.

Our Mission

To serve as a reliable and compassionate link between the American home front and its uniformed defenders worldwide, ensuring that every soldier, sailor, airman, and marine feels the unwavering support of the nation they protect.

What began as a small welfare coordination unit in 2006 has now developed into a nationwide welfare movement operating across multiple logistical and humanitarian support channels. MFH continues to provide essential relief programs that include family housing assistance, morale gift distributions, educational support for dependents, and psychological health awareness programs for veterans and returning personnel.

The organization's Welfare Command Unit oversees the planning and supervision of MFH’s outreach and supply operations, maintaining close coordination with U.S. Army Welfare Directorates, Joint Task Force commands, and Family Assistance Centers. Each initiative is reviewed under operational compliance to ensure full alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) welfare directives and humanitarian logistics standards.

Over the years, MFH has established strong partnerships with community organizations, veteran associations, and patriotic volunteers across the United States who share one common goal — to give back to those who give all. These collective efforts have made it possible to deliver consistent, reliable, and meaningful welfare services to tens of thousands of U.S. military families every year.

Our Operations Include:

  • Coordination of multi-military welfare and family assistance programs
  • Authorized logistics and welfare supply chain management with U.S. Army Welfare Networks
  • Deployment morale and comfort support for active-duty personnel
  • Reintegration and counseling assistance for returning service members
  • Family housing, education, and community support initiatives
  • Emergency relief and humanitarian outreach operations in partnership with allied commands

Today, MFH remains a trusted pillar of the U.S. military welfare community, guided by a commitment to uphold the dignity, well-being, and readiness of America’s defenders. Every initiative, every shipment, and every program reflects a single belief — that no soldier should ever feel forgotten, no matter where duty calls.
